1. Description of Service

Inventra provides inventory tracking, POS billing, general journal ledgers, employee attendance records, and cloud synchronization tools. The application operates offline-first using your device's web browser storage or native app database.

2. Subscription & Billing

Access to advanced modules (such as multi-device cloud synchronization and custom invoice templates) requires an active subscription:

• Enterprise Yearly Plan: ₹2,499 for 365 days (1 year).

All fees are non-refundable once the billing duration commences. You can cancel renewals at any time.

3. Data Management and Security Responsibilities

Because Inventra is offline-first, your local database is stored directly on your physical hardware. We are not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, browser storage clearing, or lost encryption keys. It is the user's responsibility to perform regular exports/backups using our JSON backup module.

4. Modifications to Service and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, or adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice to all registered users.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to software services subscriptions in your operating jurisdiction.
